    Candy lies=white lies

    Hello,

does anybody have any idea of what the phrase in title above means?

Asked by a friend of mines, I had to admit I don't have a clue, Urban Dictionary doesn't list it and the context didn't help either:

    "Donīt tell me
A woman did this to you
    Candy lies
    Candy lies
    Candy lies"

    ("Dragon" by Tori Amos)

    Any suggestions, connotations?

    Thank you.
