    Default Is it correct?

Is it grammatically correct to say “Less is more”

Is it also correct to say “Cheaper could be better than the costly”
or what should be the correct sentence?

    With regards
    Abusaad

    1. Less is more is fine. What's the context, though?
    2. Less expensive, expensive, more expensive.
