    Default please correct this memo

Actually, I want to issue a memo to all staff instructing that if any employee have any problems, they should not report to the higher management dircetly, instead they should report to their immediate supervisor. Can anybody help me to make such memo?

'Any employee experiencing problems should first report to their immediate supervisor, and not directly to higher management.'
