Default crime related/relating to drug abuse

    Hi, everyone.

They're discussing crime related/relating to drug abuse.

Do both 'related' and 'relating' work in this sentence? And if they do, is there any difference?

    Thank you in advance.

They both work, and they're not different. One is used when the relative object is before, the other when it comes after.

Hi, konungrsvia, thank you a lot. But I still don't understand. Could you give an example for each situation?

    Thank you again.
