    Hi,

    Please check this sentence and correct it if necessary (usage of drop off in future)

    "To drop off" can mean "to fall asleep", I suppose this what you mean.

    Yes it's ok, it is Indian English, especially the "please don't mind" it brings back happy memories of my time in India.

    I would probably say, "I hope you don't mind" but I doubt if I would say that sentence; I might say "I am very tired, I might drop off, I hope you don't mind.
