    Dear Ron
My question was about "topical issues" and the prepositions that were to use after them. The idea that I would like to word accurately can be described as "the most interesting questions raised by scientists of some discipline; topics that seem to be very important nowadays". So if the discipline is economics or linguistics or translation, what would be better to say: "topical issues IN or OF economics/linguistics/translation".
    Many thanks.

Why twist is around instead of saying what you mean? Very important topics in economics .....
