    Dear teachers.

    Is there any difference between 1,2 and 3?
    If so, are there certain situations where one is better?

    1, Did you get into an accident?
    2, Did you have an accident?
    3, Were you in an accident?

    1 and 3 are basically identical

    2 sounds like you are asking if they wet their pants
