    (1), See my mom has cancer.

    Not exactly correct, I think, for what you are trying to express. I presume you want to say 'I want to explain that my mom has cancer' or 'you see, my mom has cancer'-- in which case, a comma or other punctuation is important in making this colloquialism clear:

    'See, my mom has cancer' or 'See-- my mom has cancer'.
