How + adjective..would you help me?

    Hi everyone. how are you?
    I am a trainee teacher
and I want to ask you about the rule of "how + adj "

1-how can I introduce it to my students?

2-and if I have an answer about a cold area..and I want them to make a question using "how+adj"
which adjective is appropriate to use?hot or cold ?and why?

    THANK YOU

Re: How + adjective..would you help me?

    How big is the hotel?
    How large is the mountain?
How smaller is it comparing to the last one?
How effective would be our plan?
    How heavy is the box?

How cold is winder in your country?
    OR,
How hot is it in summer?
Weather can be both hot or cold...so both are correct.
