    I just want to know which is the right one:

    I haven't known untill now what are you studying?
    I haven't known untill now what your studying is?

    There is no question - it is a statement.

    Because *haven't known expresses an unspecified time; e.g., I haven't known him for more than 10 years. Cf. *I haven't known him until now. The adverb now expresses a specific time, (right) now.


    • I didn't know what you were studying until now--this very minute.
    • I didn't know, until now, this very minute, what you were studying.
