    Hello.

    Privacy policy|Petra Company
We use personal information of our clients only for business purposes in accordance with local laws and regulations. We never use personal information for any other purpose. If we have to submit personal information to a third person to proceed with the business, we perform strict information control and maintain confidentiality.

    Does this sound natural?

    I would say:
We use our clients' personal information only for business purposes in accordance with local laws and regulations, not for any other purpose. If we share a third person on business affairs, we perform strict information control and maintain confidentiality.

    The first version is better.
You don't "share a third person". You share something (the information) with a third person.
You can say: "If we have to consult a third person on business affairs, we might need to share the information."
You can say: "If we have to share the information with a third person for business purposes, we perform ... "

"treat something for business purposes" doesn't work. "Treat" requires an adverb of manner. "We treat our clients' information confidentially".
"Use" is correct in both cases.
