    Default know/aware

    Dear Teachers.

Is there any difference between 1,2 and 3?

(1), Most people know the dangers of smoking.
(2), Most people know of the dangers of smoking.
(3), Most people are aware of the dangers of smoking.

    Thank you in advance.

Essentially no difference. (3) might suggest a more cavalier attitude toward that knowledge.
