Question I have been reading - call me tomorrow - hoping to meet each other -Are they correct?

I am going to write these sentences below:

I have been reading the 'Terms of Reference' and I can say that is a really great and challenging project. I confirm that I am interested in the position of Team Leader.

Please, find my telephone number below so you can call me tomorrow. I will be available at any time after 12:30 pm.

I look forward to hearing from you soon hoping to meet each other in Bangladesh then.

I am renewing my night post as is gone over with no answer and I see that someone else posted his/her question in here as well.
