    all I am

what is the difference between (1) and (2)?

1, I am a girl who wishes to become a singer.

second sentence missing is after am.

If you say All I am is...that's taking a humble stand on who you are. All you want to do in life is to become a singer and that's all that matters to you.
The first sentence in my opinion is pretty much the same thing but the second stresses the desire to become a singer even more.
