    I did once hear three-wheeler which gave new life to Sheila. We have a butchers from butcher's hook, which is an example where the second word has vanished.

    Really sorry but I have to work using one hand only. I understand this may make it a bit awkward for you to read though, and I will try harder. My english is good, I think, even if I am a bit lazy.
