    They have problems with people partying over here. They make a lot of noise and nobody is able to sleep.

    Dear jctgf:

    Independently, the sentences are okay. However, together there may be some confusion with the word 'they', because it has a different antecedent in each sentence, and people may have to take time to figure out who 'they' are in each case.
