    Smile Kids at heart

How do you call a person that is an adult but has the heart and spirit of a kid? Kid at heart?
    Thanks

If you are being complimentary to say that he/she has the enthusiasm and spirit of the young, it is "Kid at heart"

If you mean that the person, although adult, does not take his/her responsibilities like an adult, then you say "He/she needs to grow up."

    I am not a teacher.
