    I am not a teacher nor a native, but considering the sentence has 57,200 results from a Google search, it must be correct.

    That sounds OK to me, Tom.

    Of course, without any other context, that question is quite general and thus open to interpretation. "Where" could refer to many different kinds of places (e.g. countries, cities, museums, or possibly even "your place or mine").
