    This expression would be used by someone who is really bothered by someone else and is trying to get rid of them.

    It is of course, not meant to be taken literally. It means basically, "go away, you're bothering me!"

    Unless I am terribly mistaken, this is equivalent to:

    ...Get lost.

    ...Drop dead.

    ...Take a hike.

    ...Take a long walk off a short pier, etc.
