Spring or autumn, summer or winter; all people [I'd say everyone] have(has) their favourite season. Although we cannot change a season for other in the year [a different one]; or only to live in half a year and to be asleep in the other part in the other part to sleep, such as [like] a bear, [start a new sentence] we can plan our [leave out our] activities to do when we want to do them, for as a long we can. But what is a better weather to work? [What weather would be best] when would like working more? [when would you prefer to work?'] Each season have [has] their [its] advantages or [and] disadvantages. Read it [read this article??] and think it after [and think about it].
Here's the first par. I've commented on a lot of things. Most sentences are just completely off. If I were to make it better, I'd be rewriting it...and I don't think that's what you want.
Mostly, the verbs don't really match the words. Your sentences a long and vague. Especially the one about the bear, to me it doesn't really make any sense.
I hope you can rewrite that first par. with some of my comments!
