    as sitting

    Can one say:

    1-I admired her as sitting on the window sill.
    instead of:
    2-I admired her as she was sitting on the window sill.

    No.
    You can say "I admired her sitting on the window sill". The context will make it clear that you mean "she", not you, was sitting on the window sill.
    If you were sitting on the window sill, you'd use a comma:
    "I admired her, sitting on a window sill". Again the context would make it clear; and in speech, the intonation would give a clue.
