    Default Public speaking

During public speaking, the speaker tends to speak or pronounce wrongly even s/he is speaking the own language due to nervousness & stage fright.

    1) How should I describe the perfomance of the above speaker?

    2) Shall I say, "His voice faltered as he began his speech."? Any other better description/expression in native English inoffensively?

    3) For the movement of babies, besides the words, 'wiggling', 'kicking', 'moving', are there any expression to replace them?
