Only use for or of following knack, never at or in.

    1. He has a knack for business. perfect
    2. She has a knack of baking a good cake. This is strange. I would say "She has a knack for baking cakes"
    3. They have a knack of handling tools. Sounds strange. I would perhaps say "They have a knack for woodworking"
    4. I possess a knack at languages. I have a knack for languages.
    5. It is quite easy when you have the knack of it. It is quite easy when you get the knack of it.
    6. I knew it would be so that there was a knack in it. This is wrong. I have no idea what your meaning is.
    7. I have a knack for getting into trouble. Perfect.
    8. He was possessed of an uncanny knack. This is wrong. It sounds like he needs an exorcism! :) You can say that someone has an uncanny knack for teaching.

Usually knack is paired with of, rather than with for.

A good resource for you is
    Cobuild Concordance and Collocations Sampler
you can use it to see which words occur with others, or put in phrases to see how they are used. It's very handy!
