Please, is the way of usage of the following words correct?

'...the atmosphere of suspicion, scepticism, mystery, disillusion, and interrogation.....'

    Yes.
    I'd possibly use "disillusionment".
Also, "an atmosphere of interrogation" sounds a bit strange, with the other words. All the other words are more abstract and lend themselves to "atmosphere". But "interrogation" is a specific act, more concrete.

If you're just asking whether or not it makes sense to talk about an atmosphere of suspicion, scepticism (or skepticism), mystery, disillusion (or disillusionment), and interrogation, then I would say yes—those phrases do make sense. The last one might be a slight stretch, but yes, I think I could manufacture a context where it would be reasonable to talk about an atmosphere of interrogation.

As far as how you intend to actually use these is concerned, all bets are off.
