    Urgent check

    Only when you have thought through the message in your head, can you communicate it to others.

    OR

    Only when you have thought through the message in your head, can you communicate it to the others.


    Should THE come just before others in the end. Is the sentence correct.

    Hi sheilashankar

    Both are correct--omit the comma though. The first one is more common. The second one, 'the others", refers to a specific group of people; e.g., take one and give the rest to the others (i.e., the other students).
