    Does it make sense?

    I read this in my book and am wondering this makes sense
    * The teacher and 40 of us took a picture like a class.(as sounds better to me than like)

    We looked like a class. -- People had the impression we were a class.

    Yes, the sentence with 'as' is correct. You can't use 'like'.

    You could only use "like" here if you were NOT a class, but your picture was taken as though you were a class.

    We took a picture as a class means all together, just your class.
