    an exercise

    Hello

Here is an exercise I'd like to ask about. It's on page 98 here: Stretching Anatomy

there is a sentence: use the hands to slowly move the buttocks through the doorframe until you feel a stretch in the back of the leg.

In my opinion it should be: use the hands to slowly move the buttocks through THE DOORWAY UNTIL ...

How's that possible to move through the doorframe?

I agree 'doorway' would be a better choice of words, since it is referring to the space, not the actual object. 'Past the frame' would be ok, not 'through' it.
