    What is meaning of "blind eye"? Maybe blindness?

    'To turn a blind eye on something' means to pretend one hasn't seen it.

    I think we should say "turn a blind eye to something".
    Bhaisahab's explanation is correct but I just want to add that it is something bad that we pretend not to notice it so we do not have to do anything about it.
