Default Pronunciation of some medical words

Hi, Can anyone tell me if the following are correct?

    hypertrophy haIp&'tr&UfI
    glycosphingolipids glaIk&sfI1g&lIpIdz
    glycolipid glaIk&lIpId
    lysosomal laIsAsAmAl

I can't find the following word anywhere does anyone know what it is or what it should be and the IPA symbols?

Lastly, does anyone know of a website where I can find medical words with the IPA transcriptions and or sound I have looked everywhere that I can think of.

The dictionary that Anglika has recommended is very good. The phonetic symbols are not IPA, but that shouldn't be a problem.
Remember to make proper distinctions between words like hypothermia and hyperthermia, which a layperson might pronounce the same (with a schwa after 'hyp'), but which are opposite in meaning. Doctors usually overpronounce the distinctions to avoid misunderstanding.
