Smile Could you issue a transcript of results?

Hello~ Can you help me say this naturally please?

    At the student center.

Student: ⓐCould you issue a transcript of results?
ⓑCould you publish a transcript of results?
    ⓒ?

    Staff: What for?

Student: ⓐI’m going to apply for master degree at Sydney University.
And they said ⓐthey need to have a percentage of results on it. Is it possible?
If my results is not over 65% I even can’t apply for it.

I think you should look up transcript. (You might be looking for a different word.)

If my results is not over 65% I even canít apply for it.
Generally, if you want to apply for a Masters degree, you need a GPA of a Credit (C) or higher in your undergraduate degree. 65% in most Australian universities is a Credit.
    Your transcript will probably not contain percentages - just your grade - (High Distinction - D, Distinction - D, Credit - C, Pass - P, Fail - F, N, other eupemisms).
    HD (85-100), D (75-85), C (65 - 75), P (50 - 65).
Sometimes, a Credit is 60+ instead of 65+
So, you need a Credit average or above. Do you have that? If not, you will need to give them a very good reason why they should allow you to attempt a Masters.

It's probably "transcript of results" that is confusing to me. I have heard of "student transcript" (a summary of a student's coursework including grades achieved in the courses taken).

By "results" the poster probably means "grades". (Of course, you wouldn't apply for a masters degree but for participation in a masters program.)
