Please help me understand the sentence.

Yemenidjian said at the June gaming commission hearing that he knows he faces a challenge, but that there is "nothing more rewarding than while people say something can't be done to be interrupted by people who are doing it."

I don't quite understand the quoted part of the sentence. Would you please rephrase it in a more simplified way? Thanks.

    jiaruchan,
He means that it's fun to do something that people say is impossible to do, and it's really fun to do it at the same time that those people say that what you are doing is impossible.

Thank you very much. That was a difficult one before you re-wrote it.
