Default Formal ways opening a letter/post

Hello! Whenever i try to write a post/email i dont know any formal way to start the email. I usually use the
    "Hello There"
    "Greetings"
    "Good Morning"

    Suggestions will really help me.

E-mails are essentially informal, so any of your greetings is fine. Personally, I often don't bother, but just go straight to the message I want to communicate.
