    updated for / updated to

    Hi,

    Are these two sentences interchangeable?

    1. The model has not been yet updated for the most recent debt issue.

    2. The model has not been yet updated to reflect the most recent debt issue.

    Thanks

    MG.

Re: updated for / updated to

    Hi,
I'm not sure that I like sentence 1, I don't want to say it's wrong, but it doesn't sound quite right. Sentence 2 is perfect and is what I'd say.

    Best wishes,
    Sarah
