    Exclamation participial construction

    Hello there!

    Are these sentences grammatically correct?


    As he has been told to study hard by his parents, he looks depressed.
    ⇒ Having been told to study hard by his parents, he looks depressed.
    ⇒ Told to study hard by his parents, he looks depressed.

    Please help me!
