This site is dedicated to discussions and reflections on the use of Weblogs, wikis, RSS, audiocasts and other Read/Write Web related technologies in the K-12 realm, technologies that are transforming classrooms around the world.

This hot new web log is designed specifically for those in the English language arena that tries to fill an overtly obvious gap between the pre-existing English language blogs by offering a much more comprehensive (and controversial) approach. In its introductory post, the "English-Blog" promises to be "smart, savvy, witty and sometimes funny" by taking on the field of teaching the English language as a whole. While still keeping one foot in the TESL door, it carefully examines other great areas of the English discipline such as composition, literature, rhetoric, linguistics, education and theory.
