Society for Mediaeval Languages and Linguistics

Description:

The Society for Mediaeval Languages and Linguistics was formed in 1998 to promote the linguistic study of languages known to have been written or spoken during the period AD 450-1450, and to provide a forum for those with an interest in and working in this field. Membership is and should be diverse, encompassing mediaevalists and linguists alike, and is open to people working on any linguistic aspect of mediaeval languages.
