cloZure will create cloze tests on a variety of subjects (there are more than 2 million articles to chose from). You can set the difficulty level (ranging between one word missing in 9 to one in 5); select texts from the main wikipedia site or the simple English version; and choose between attempting the tests online or in a printed form.
