You can use this tool to type phonemic symbols to be inserted in a word processor.
You can also use it to produce the code needed to insert phonemic symbols in a web page.
PA-SAM phonetic fonts
The IPA-SAM phonetic fonts are TrueTypeŽ fonts for use on IBM-compatible PCs running Windows. (They also work on Mac OSX.) With them installed, you can display phonetic symbols on the screen and print them out in any size.

Phonmap - Phonemic Script Writer
