The TEFL Blacklist has had its version of the OSCARS for the worst in the ESL/EFL world. It's an interesting and idiosyncratic selection, with some obvious choices of old friends and some quirky and unexpected choices.
Maybe I have been lucky, but I haven't worked for any of them. I have heard much about some of them, but others are completely new to me. It isn't much of a surprise that Korea wins the overall worst category, but with so many dodgy schools to choose from there, I can't help wondering whether it really is possible to pick the cream of the crop.
