I usually haven't any problems with the english terms. But I just came across of the following sentence and I wonder why there is used Past Continious in the first part instead of Simple Past. She was so annoying! She was always leaving her dirty dishes in the sink. I think she actually...

But when I look in at google.co.uk I get the same numbers. 154.000 for "no one but you know" - Google Search= 936 for "no one but you knows" - Google Search= I am very confused now :-?
