You are asking for an explanation, with examples, of most of the forms of HAVE and BE. There is no way in which we can cope with that in this forum. Any intermediate course book or student's grammar will give you several pages on this.

If you would like to write sentences containing these forms, we will tell you whether they are correct or not - so long as you provide sufficient context.

The forms of have and be can be verbs or helping verbs.

Here they are verbs:
I have a car.
I was ill.

Here (for example) they are helping verbs:
Somebody has stolen my car.
The street was being built.

Only a few examples....
