[Grammar] Why is this sentence ambiguous?

"We will oil your sewing machine and adjust tension in your home for $10.00."

This sentence is from the book, "Introduction to Language" by Fromkin. The author presented this sentence while explaining about structuratal ambiguity. He hinted that the ambiguity of the sentence has to do with different groupings but I cannot seem to understand. What are the two intepretations and how?

Do you have much tension in your home? If so, someone to come address the tension in your home might be a good idea. However, I think for $10, they come to
your home to oil your sewing machine and adjust the tension of your sewing machine.
