Is the punctuation of this sentence correct ?


He didn't reply; Instead, he turned on his heel and left the room

We don't put a capital letter after a semi-colon (unless, of course, we're using a proper noun).
You need a full stop at the end of the sentence (and after the word "Thanks").

Looks good to me.

EDIT: Oh dear! I totally missed the capital I and lack of end punctuation. Sheesh.
