English_learn, you have been a member long enough to know that

'Thread titles should include all or part of the word/phrase being discussed' (Posting Guidelines).

'The schedule date/dates' would have been good for this.

Is "The schedule date" used commonly in AusE? It's just that, for me, it should read "The scheduled date(s) for the meeting(s) ..."

No, it's not common in AusE. I just didn't comment on it because I can see how "schedule dates" could work.
"Schedule dates" = the dates on the schedule. "Scheduled dates" = the dates that have been scheduled.
But I'm not condoning "schedule dates". I was ignoring it as being possible.

It's ambiguous. What are you trying to say? Are they all contacting each other on the same day? How often are they meeting?
"The date/s upon which contacts 1, 2 and 3 will meet is/are yet unknown."

There are many contracts such as contract 1, contract 2 so on. Each contract has a date to provide stuff to client. That I called as Agreed Date. Based on this which ones are correct below?

-Agreed dates of contract 1, contract 2 and contract 3 are unknown?
-Agreed date of contract 1, contract 2 and contract 3 is unknown?

"The agreed dates for contracts 1, 2 and 3 to meet the client are unknown."
Are you sure you don't mean 'contacts'? You seem very keen to ignore my suggestion to avoid the repetition.
