No, it's not common in AusE. I just didn't comment on it because I can see how "schedule dates" could work.
"Schedule dates" = the dates on the schedule. "Scheduled dates" = the dates that have been scheduled.
But I'm not condoning "schedule dates". I was ignoring it as being possible.

It's ambiguous. What are you trying to say? Are they all contacting each other on the same day? How often are they meeting?
