"I went to hospital with my mother. She got the receipts or the prescription card dated at the counter. The hospital was uncongested on that day and we were able to see the doctor just twenty minutes after entring the hospital. I didn't have idea that we could see doctor this early."

Please check.

I don't know what you mean by "She got the receipts or prescription card dated at the counter". Do you take your prescriptions with you? What were the receipts for? Why do they have to be dated?

The first sentence is OK.
The hospital wasn't busy/was quiet that day and we saw the doctor just twenty minutes after we arrived. I wasn't expecting that.

Yes, the prescription card, you have to take it to counter and they put the date on it on which you arrive at the hospital along with the stamp of the hospital.

"I didn't have idea that we could see doctor this early." Is this totally wrong?

1. I don't think you're talking about a prescription card if it's not related to medications. It sounds like an appointment card.
2. Yes, it's totally wrong.

It's an appointment as well as precription card. Could you please tell me the correct way to say these sentences?

ems has given you a correct way of expressing that.
"I wasn't expecting that we would see the doctor so soon/early."

How about "dated", is it correct?

I suppose if they stamp and date it, you can say that - ie. that they stamped and dated it.

If they use just one stamp, you could say "They date-stamped it".
