What is it you don't understand?

hi,

compared to the requirement of 4%.
this can add extra information to my sentence.

if I want to use
comparing to the requirement of 4%
to add exta info to a sentence, what sentence do I need?

could you please give me an example?

thanks

It's not possible to create a correct sentence with "comparing to the requirement".

hi,

I am learning how to write this structure of sentence.

how about these two sentences?

This investment return of 10% is very good, when comparing to the requirement of 4%

This investment return of 10% is very good, when looking at to the requirement of 4%

I've already said that you can't make a correct sentence from "when comparing to", so that make #1 wrong.
#2 is also wrong.
