I put off all my things to listen to some music.
I put off my tea to speak to her.

How many mistakes did I make?

How many mistakes did I make?

The meaning of the first one is not clear. What do you mean by "I put off all my things"? The second is understandable but not very natural.

I put off all my business
I'm going to drink tea and somebody is phoning so I put off my tea.
"understandable but not very natural" as usual

"understandable but not very natural" as usual

"I put off all my business" is more understandable.
I don't think most people would would say, "I put off my tea" because of a phone call. I was drinking tea when I was interrupted by a phone call.
