Your question is not very clear, and your way of asking it is not acceptable English. Don't use "textspeak" use English.

simple present form

[VERB] + s/es in third person

when do we use sempile present ?

1 - Use the Simple Present to express the idea that an action is repeated or usual. The action can be a habit, a hobby, a daily event, a scheduled event or something that often happens.

2- Facts or Generalizations

3- Scheduled Events in the Near Future. <<This is most commonly done when talking about public transportation, but it can be used with other scheduled events as well.

4- Now (Non-Continuous Verbs<<use the Simple Present to express the idea that an action is happening or is not happening now

when do we use simple present tense?

I guess the OP tries to ask how to make what/where questions in simple present tense. But, as Bhaisahab said, the question isn't clear.
