[General] Is "I am asked this" or "I am being asked this"?

Is "I am asked this" or "I am being asked this"?

The first sentence is not correct as the second part does not follow from the first.

He was charged for paid sex with an underage girl and has returned to the education sector
He, who was charged for paid sex with an underage girl, has returned to the education sector.

Is "I am asked this" or "I am being asked this"?
"Every time I am asked this" is better than using the continuous tense.
