In the context of the sentences that precede and
follow sentence 13, which is the best revision
of sentence 13 (reproduced below)?
Watch out for human error and careless work-
manship.

Hello; I thought letter ''b'' was really correct, since is the only alternative that connects sentence [13] with its antecedent, using the word ''Especially''. letter a, which is actually the correct answer, set off a vacuum between [12] and [14] ... Why is it the correct answer?

Because sentence #14 is started with "they".

So logically, the sentence #13 must be started with nouns which refer to "they".

Just my two dollars :D hehe!

Well, B isn't actually a full sentence, so technically it's wrong.
A doesn't introduce a vacuum. 12, A, 14 reads quite smoothly.
